Emergency Plumbing FAQ
Answers Before You Call
How fast can a plumber get to my house in Los Angeles?
We dispatch 24/7 and most Los Angeles, Long Beach and South Bay calls are reached the same hour. When you call, we confirm your address, ask you to shut off the affected valve, and give you an arrival window before we roll a truck.
Do you charge extra for nights, weekends or holidays?
No. Our emergency rate is the same at 2 a.m. on a Sunday as it is on a Tuesday afternoon. You get a flat-rate price in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprise after-hours multipliers.
What should I do first during a plumbing emergency?
Shut off the nearest fixture valve, or the main shutoff at the street side of the house, then turn off the water heater if the leak is on a hot line. If you smell gas, leave the building first and call us from outside.
Are you licensed and insured in California?
Yes. We are a licensed, insured and bonded California plumbing contractor. We pull our own permits with LADBS and local building departments, and every water heater install includes the required seismic strapping and expansion tank.
Which cities do you cover?
Los Angeles, Long Beach, the South Bay and Orange County — including Anaheim, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Fullerton and Orange. Check your city on our service areas page for local response details.
